This is a review of the restaurant, I'll leave the bar, karaoke, and billiards to someone else. The decor is pretty cool with high ceilings and lots of cool vintage signs and knickknacks. Hardwood floors are throughout which can lead to some crazy background noise. I've had the pizza, mushroom swiss burger, and the fish and chips on my several visits. My favorite was the fish. The mozzarella sticks are fantastic I highly recommend them. I found the burger bland and it comes with one of my pet peeves: potato chips instead of fries. Lame, lame, LAME. I opted for onion rings which were forgettable.

Food was OK, they were out of steak so I got a pasta dish. I waited 30 minutes for my meal and salad. Found out the only waitress is also the only delivery driver!!

The special (ravioli bruschetta) was terrific. This local restaurant has enough class to feel like a bigger town but the local flavor & feel to know you're "home." Prices are reasonable. A pint of Guinness is $4. Ask for Louise if she's still around - friendly, knowledgable and good service from her.

Three Rivers has a beautiful, well-preserved downtown. Well worth checking out if you happen to be in the area for some reason. Paisano's was the only place open within a 20 mile radius on a Sunday, it seemed, and we were very hungry, so we stopped in. Honestly, if they had spent as much money on their food as they did for the incredibly seductive menus, it would have been out of the park. Instead, we drove back to town with bricks in our stomachs. The business takes up 4 downtown buildings, and is very wide open. They have a ton of beers available, but it all stuff like Blue Moon, Shock Top, Leinie varieties... you get the picture... nothing craft. Their "international passport" beer club seems like its some "cultural experience" put together by AmWay. That's where we're at in Three Rivers, so whatever. The place is really clean, has an awesome floorplan, and is decorated with some really cool shit. The waitstaff is very friendly, helpful, and laid back. I could imagine that this place rocks on the weekends. But their food is nothing special, not by any means.

I love Paisano's pizza! The restaurant is clean, interesting and on a cool, old downtown Main Street. Aside from the pizza (very thin crust), they are also known for their onion rings, meatballs, burgers, sandwiches, subs, etc., but I almost always order the pizza even though everything else looks so delicious. I can't really comment on the noise level because it depends on the time of day and in which room you sit. I do know they often have bands, DJs and karoake on weekend evenings, but I generally only go there on midafternoon Saturdays, and it's quiet then.

My Review is very outstanding. Our first visit was in July 2013, I was very satisfied, second visit not so much, was in March 2014 sat in the booth with my family for 20 min received no.service, so we left. We did go back July 31st 2014, and this visit totally made up for our March 2014 visit. We definitely will be back. Food - I definitely recommend the Hot artichoke dip, pepperoni pizza is fabulous and the Oreo Cheesecake.
